Import from a website
Fill a client's brand kit and product list from their website in about 25 seconds. You review everything before it's saved.
Start it from the Client website field when you add a client, or later from Brand kit → Import brand from website. Reading a site is free and saves nothing until you click save.

Read the website
Paste the address and click Read website. It takes about 25 seconds.

Check the logo
Pick the right one from the candidates, or No logo — I'll upload one.

Check name, tagline and colours
Edit anything that's off. The fonts found on the site are shown for reference.

Review what they say about themselves
About, Voice, and the lists What they sell, Claims and Locations. Remove any chip that's wrong: captions may use claims as facts.

Pick products
On a Shopify store, the first products from their online store are ticked; on other sites, tick photos from the page. Up to 12.

Save
Click Save brand, or Save brand + add {n} to also add the products (free, cut out like any upload).
Prices and offers are never imported
Add prices yourself in Manage assets, and offers in the month plan notes.
If it doesn't work#
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| That website address doesn't exist. | Check the spelling, with or without www.. |
| The website took too long to load. | Try again, or paste the site's About page instead. |
| Couldn't read that website. | Some sites block readers. Fill the brand kit by hand and upload photos directly. |
| Brand saved, but the logo couldn't be downloaded | Upload the logo in the Brand kit. |
