Festive posts for all clients

When an occasion is close, make every client's greeting post in one go, each with its own product.

When an occasion in your agency's country is coming up (usually 1–3 weeks before), the dashboard shows a banner such as 🪔 Diwali in 9 days. With more than one client it reads "{n} clients — make everyone's Diwali post in one go".

Make them#

  1. 1

    Open it from the banner

Click For all clients →. (One client opens a single client instead.)

  2. 2

    Pick the occasion

Choose from the next 10 occasions in your market or your clients' markets. The greeting fills in as "Happy {occasion}".

  3. 3

    Write the greeting and offer

The greeting is up to 40 characters. The offer is optional, up to 30 characters ("Flat 20% OFF"). Only what you type is used.

  4. 4

    Pick sizes

    Feed 4:5, Post 1:1, Story 9:16, WhatsApp 1:1.

  5. 5

Tick the clients and their product

Each client row has a checkbox and a product dropdown (the first product is chosen). Clients without a product photo, or whose country doesn't mark this occasion, can't be ticked. Up to 30 clients at a time.

  6. 6

    Make

Click Make for {n} clients — {cost} credits. Each client costs 1 credit for one size, 2 for several. You can close the window; each post lands on its client's canvas and calendar.

Each client's own country decides the occasion's name and date. The festive posts are added to each calendar as drafts without a caption; add one with Write with AI in Schedule post.
