Photos & assets
Manage assets
Name, price, describe, group and archive a client's products.
Open Your assets → Manage → in the studio's left rail. Click an asset to edit it on the right; tick several (Cmd/Ctrl or Shift-click) to act on them together. Changes save when you click away, and every future design picks them up.
Details for each asset#
| Field | Used for |
|---|---|
| Name | Product names on carousel slides, plans and captions. Rename anything named oddly ("chocolate bar with wrapper"). |
| Price (₹) | Designs that show a price, and carousel slides with Show prices on. Not for real estate. |
| Description (Notes for real estate) | One line on what it is and what makes it good. Captions and plans use it; keep private remarks out. |
| Shot from above / Angled shot | Which scenes suit it. |
| Featured ★ | Marks a hero product. |
| Collections | Groups for filtering. |
Write descriptions (Real estate: Write notes) drafts a line for every asset without one. It's free.
Collections#
- 1
Create one
Click + next to Collections, type a name ("Summer range") and Add.
- 2
File assets
Tick assets, then Add to collection. An asset can be in several collections.
- 3
Filter
Collection chips appear above the assets in the rail. Click one to show only those.
Archive or delete#
- Archive hides an asset from the rail and every picker (designs, plans, festive posts, the Director). Designs already made from it stay. Restore brings it back from Archived.
- Delete removes the asset. Designs made from it survive, but it can't be used again. Archiving is the safer choice.
