What's free#
Uploading and cutting out photos · importing a website · Suggest from photo · Write descriptions · drafting and editing a month plan · AI captions and hashtags · the Director's chat · duplicating, downloading and deleting designs · scheduling, the calendar and review links · every export (ZIP, WhatsApp + Google pack, CSVs, reports) · searching for prospects.
When credits come back#
- A design that fails to render is refunded automatically.
- A photo the image models refuse (usually copyrighted characters on packaging) is refunded.
- In month plans, listing sets, shoots and samples, each failed item is refunded on its own; the rest still land.
Your balance#
The dashboard's Credits card shows what's left, in three parts: Subscription (your plan's monthly credits), Purchased (credit packs) and Bonus. Plan credits are topped back up to your plan's amount when your subscription renews; unused plan credits don't roll over. Purchased credits never expire.

Click your credit balance (or Buy more on the dashboard), pick a pack and pay. Packs are one-time, never expire, and also unlock Premium quality on any plan.
