Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of TurtleCanvas at turtlecanvas.design (the “Service”). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or share using the Service, including any AI-generated content.

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or terrorism
• Contains or distributes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents
• Contains personal or confidential information of others without their consent
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead (e.g., phishing, scams, impersonation)
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial messages

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to interact with the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself (you may freely use and sell designs you create)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions
• Use the Service to build a competing product or for competitive analysis
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. The Service uses AI models that may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or biased outputs. You must not use the Service to intentionally generate content that violates this AUP, even if the AI is technically capable of producing it.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to contact@turtletechsai.com. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account suspension.

We reserve the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take any action we deem appropriate, including:

• Removing or disabling access to violating content
• Issuing warnings to account holders
• Temporarily suspending account access
• Permanently terminating accounts for severe or repeated violations
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
