GST invoices, how to cancel, and the refund policy.

Invoices#

Every payment (plan or credit pack) generates a GST invoice from Turtle Techsai (GSTIN 22ADEPG5633L1ZP), emailed to you as a PDF. Prices include GST. Need a copy, or a GSTIN on it? Email contact@turtletechsai.com.

Cancel your plan#

    Open the plans

    In any client's studio, click Upgrade next to your credits.

    Cancel

    On your current plan's card, click Cancel subscription and confirm.

Purchased and bonus credits stay on your account. If you can't find the button, email contact@turtletechsai.com and we'll cancel it for you.

Refunds#

WhatRefund
Monthly planFull refund within 7 days of your first payment, if you've used 10% of the credits or less.
Annual planPro-rata refund within 30 days, less the credits used.
Credit packFull refund within 7 days if none of it has been used.
Failed designsAlways refunded automatically, in credits.

Email contact@turtletechsai.com from your account email. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds are started within 5–7 business days. The full policy is on the cancellation and refund page.
